Welcome to Empowered Leaders Collective by Empower Leadership Coaching LLC! By signing up for our program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Empowered Leaders Collective is a 3-month group coaching program designed to elevate your leadership skills. This program includes:

  • Leadership Assessment: Identify strengths, leadership style, and development areas.

  • Individual Coaching: Two 1-hour personalized coaching sessions.

  • Group Coaching: Four 1.5-hour sessions with a supportive community of leaders.

  • Action Planning & Support: Develop a roadmap for success with ongoing support.

2. Eligibility

The program is intended for ambitious professionals who:

  • Are ready to enhance their leadership skills.

  • Seek a supportive community for their leadership journey.

  • Desire a focused, affordable approach to leadership development.

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration: To secure your spot in the program, you must complete the registration form and provide payment details. A registration form will be sent after payment has processed.

  • Payment: Full payment is required prior to registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your participation within 14 days of the program start date, a full refund will be provided unless participant signed up within 14 days of the program start date. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation by Empower Leadership Coaching LLC: In the event that Empower Leadership Coaching LLC cancels the program, a full refund will be issued.

5. Program Participation

  • Attendance: Regular attendance at all scheduled sessions is expected. Missing more than one session, whether individual or group, may result in the participant being removed from the program without a refund. It is the participant's responsibility to attend all sessions and engage fully in the program. If the participant cannot make a cohort session due to a conflict, they may attend that same session with a different cohort in the future.

  • Punctuality: Participants are expected to join all sessions on time. Late arrivals or early departures are discouraged and may affect your ability to fully benefit from the program.

  • Engagement: Active and constructive participation is required in both individual and group coaching sessions. Participants are expected to contribute to discussions, complete assigned tasks, and actively engage with coaches and peers. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during coaching sessions, both individual and group, will be treated with strict confidentiality. Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, and coaching content provided during the program, remain the intellectual property of Empower Leadership Coaching LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Empower Leadership Coaching LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. The program is designed to provide guidance and support, but individual results may vary.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Empower Leadership Coaching LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
