Two Individual Coaching Sessions: These sessions will debrief your DISC assessment, help you set specific development goals, and craft a personalized, ongoing development plan.
Four Small Group Coaching Sessions: These sessions will focus on discovering your purpose, understanding and leveraging your strengths, enhancing communication skills, and leading authentically to inspire others.
Additional Support: You will have email access to your coach, receive valuable tools and resources to further your development, and connect with a network of like-minded leaders
